Wellness at Work, Workcover & EAP
Work plays a big role in our lives, so when things aren’t going well at work, it can take a toll on our mental health and spill over into other areas of life.
This service supports workers who are struggling with challenges like stress, burnout, low motivation, performance issues, feeling a lack of fulfilment with work, workplace conflict, bullying or harassment, and even the emotional impact of physical injuries at work. The goal is to help you make sense of what’s happening and find a clearer path forward.
If you are a professional seeking private support or have a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan referral, you can book your first session online instantly via the secure scheduling portal here.
We can also support you if you are on WorkCover or Comcare and other insurance claims. Well at Work service also includes EAP and Return to Work assessments.
Work-related injury that has impacted your mental health & you are covered under an insurance or self-funded
The injury can be physical or psychological and you are having difficulties adjusting due to the stress of the injury or there are trauma symptoms as a result of the injury. This service offers therapy as well as assessment for fitness for return to work.
For Workcover, Comcare and other insurer-funded claims – book an appointment using the Book Appointment button. A valid claim number will required at the time of attending your first session. All invoicing is managed directly with the funder.
For Employee Assistance Program – book an appointment using the Book Appointment button. We will liaise directly with your EAP agency to manage the invoice for the service.
For Return to Work Assessments – return to work assessments are usually requested by the employer as part of the return to work process. In these cases, you would provide the consent for information regarding your psychological fitness for work to be shared with your employer. We undertake an assessment and I prepare a report for your employer with your involvement along the way. The report can take anywhere between 3-5 weeks and the employer generally covers the cost of the assessment and reporting.
