About Mosese (Mos) Uluicicia
Psychologist & EMDR Therapist Brisbane
B.Psych (Hons) | M.Org.Psych | Registered Psychologist (General Registration)
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my practice.
My professional journey began on the ground, supporting individuals navigating homelessness, disabilities, and complex mental health challenges. I later transitioned into corporate and organisational consulting for several years before moving into clinical therapy environments.
This diverse background across clinical, corporate, and social services sectors provides me with a deep, practical understanding of mental health. It allows me to understand the interplay between personal and workplace pressures, burnout dynamics, and everyday life challenges.
I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process, recognising that seeking professional support is a constructive step toward managing your wellbeing. I provide evidence-based psychological services and emdr therapy tailored for men, professionals, and adults from all walks of life in Paddington, Brisbane, and online across Australia.
Psychological Services in Paddington, Brisbane
A strong focus of my work centres on trauma recovery, men's mental health, and workplace well-being.
I understand that many professionals feel immense pressure to "push through" stress at work, or worry about being judged if they speak up. This often leads to burnout, chronic overwhelm, and feeling completely stuck. I focus on helping leaders, employees, and professionals safely navigate these workplace pressures.
I also hold a strong interest in men’s mental health. Many men feel the traditional expectation to stay strong, keep difficulties to themselves, or avoid discussing their internal experiences. Over time, suppressing these demands can make challenges much harder to manage. My goal is to help you navigate these barriers, providing a practical, respectful environment where these vital conversations can happen safely and without judgment.
“There is strength in surrendering the idea that you must do this alone.”

My Approach is Practical & Evidence-based
I focus on helping you build self-agency so you can better understand what you’re going through and develop tools to manage it in your everyday life.
Your safety is my priority. I aim to create a space where you can talk openly, work through things at your own pace, and feel supported along the way.
I am a Christian and guided by Christian values and am open to incorporating faith-based perspectives if that is meaningful for you.
Three core values guide my practice:
-
Safety
Your physical and emotional safety is my absolute priority. I work at a pace that feels secure and comfortable for you, free from judgment or strict assumptions.
-
Compassionate & Evidence-Informed Care
I value the opportunity to listen to your story, understand your unique circumstances, and deliver tailored, evidence-based psychological services in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
-
Hope
I approach our therapeutic relationship with an ongoing commitment to supporting your personal goals, collaborating with you to explore a meaningful, purposeful, and forward-looking path.
"HOPE is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness."
— Desmond Tutu
my mission is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their challenges, build self-awareness, and develop lasting resilience.
Drawing on over 20 years of clinical and corporate experience, I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, to support people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and life transitions.
I am committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health, particularly for men and within the workplace, by fostering openness, understanding, and self-agency. I aim to empower each person to move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and emotional strength.
I prioritise your safety and pace in the therapeutic process. Where meaningful, I am open to integrating faith-based perspectives to support holistic growth and healing.
HOPE is moving forward imperfectly, trusting the process of healing and personal growth happening step-by-step.
If you are navigating a difficult season, professional support is available.
